Dialogue | Conversation between teacher and student who came late

Situation- The teacher is busy with the class. A student comes at the door.

Student: May I come in Sir?

Teacher: What is this Mohan? Again you are late.

Student: I am sorry, sir.

Teacher: But that is no excuse. You were fate the day before also.

Student: Yes, sir. I am sorry for that too.

Teacher: But why have you come late?

Student: Sir, I missed the first bus and had to wait long for the second one.

Teacher: You know, Mohan, that you are already weak in Mathematics. It is hard for you to get along with the class. Ans if you keep missing the buses like this you are going to reach nowhere.

Student: I feel my fault, sir, I am working hard at home. I am sure soon I shall rank’ among the brilliant students of Mathematics.

Teacher: I am really happy to know that you are working hard. It does credit to you. But you must not cut classes. How will you learn the new methods we are doing.

Student: Sir, in the future I shall start fifteen minutes earlier so that even if I miss one bus I won’t be late.

Teacher: That is like a good boy. Now come in and take your seat.

Student: Thank you, sir.
