King Bruce and The Spider Story with Moral

Robert Bruce ruled over Scotland. He was king of the big kingdom. But he had many enemies. They were strong and powerful. The King fought seven wars with them but lost every time. At last, he fled to the forest to escape death. He felt very sad and sorrowful. One day he was hiding in a cave. There he saw a spider. It was trying to reach the ceiling of the cave with the help of its thread. It failed again and again to reach the ceiling but did not give up. It kept on trying. Finally, it was successful. The king thought if a spider could succeed by trying again and again. Then why he could not be in regaining his kingdom? He made up his mind to try once again. He collected his army and soldiers. He gave a terrible battle to the enemy. He defeated them and got his kingdom back.

 

Moral of King Bruce and The Spider story:

-Never Admit defeat

-Try again and again until you achieve success
