Winter morning has its own beauty. One does not like to get out of the bed. But one can enjoy better in the open. A morning walk in winter is a fine treat.
One winter morning I decided to go for a walk. A very cold breeze was blowing. I had to cover my face, and my ears with a muffler. I put my hands in my pockets. My eyes were watery and my feet were cold. I saw very few people on the roads. But all of them were wrapped up in woolen clothes. It was difficult to recognise anyone. Even animals like rabbits and dogs were hiding in the bushes of the garden. No bird was chirping. There was mist all around. Nothing was visible. From a distance, even trees looked like ghosts. Similarly, cars on the roads were not visible. Waking in such an atmosphere has a pleasure of its own. After some time one does not shiver and enjoys the cold.
Winter mornings are calm and quiet. I was not disturbed by any noise. People do not stir out. Birds remain in their nests. But summer mornings are noisy. In summer you came across many old people coughing and sneezing. Birds also chirp in summer. A winter morning is more refreshing. The winter wind gives a new thrill. Rising sun during winter is the best scene of nature. We see monkeys and birds sitting on the trees and waiting for the sunrise. I like winter mornings more than summer mornings.
