The Principal of my school, Mrs. Mary is a highly learned lady and the school is making rapid progress in her principalship. I don’t think if I become the Principal of my school, I’ll be able to do better.
Still, there is nothing wrong with my imaging myself to become the Principal of my school.
It may be difficult but it is not impossible for me to become the Principal of my school. I’m a brilliant student being guided by very able, learned teachers and in course of time, it may not be impossible for me to become the Principal of my school.
If I become the Principal of my school, I’d bring several changes in various fields of activities in the school.
I’d ensure that all the students and teachers are punctual and regular. I’d ensure that teachers take more interest in teaching and the students ‘ learning. I’d also try to instill the spirit of discipline and respecting the teachers and elders among the students.
Apart from studies, I’ll pay full attention to co-curricular activities and sports. Efficient and competent teachers, sportspersons and those participating in co-curricular and extra-mural activities would be suitably rewarded.
In order that the teachers and students are able to concentrate more on studies, I’d try to provide several facilities to them and enhance the utility and effectiveness of the facilities already available. For instance, I’d purchase a few more buses so that all the teachers and students can reach the school on time and that too comfortably.
I’d try to arrange air-conditioners for classrooms and the subscribe to libraries. I’d also subscribe to new magazines and newspapers for the library and also increase the number of books.
Other fields in which I’d bring improvement are school can-teen, school cycle shed, auditorium, stadium, gymnasium, playgrounds, etc.
I’m sure I’ll be able to deliver the goods by bringing these so many other innovations and reforms.
