My Neighbourhood Paragraph in 200 Words
My neighbourhood is a friendly and highly guarded place where everyone knows each other. People have painted their houses with bright and vibrant colours, with a small playground at the back of their homes. Our neighbours always celebrate festivals of each religion in the playground with contributions. We draw colourful chalk lines on the pavement for hopscotch and jump from square to square, laughing all the way. Sometimes we organize friendly football or cricket matches on the grassy field. Everyone cheers as the teams try to score points. I love to read stories and novels in the library which is situated near to the pond. There’s also a bakery that smells amazing with fresh bread and cookies every morning. Farmers sell vegetables on the main street every weekend with homemade treats. The pond is my favourite place to spend time in the neighbourhood whenever I feel low. Ducks swim there, and sometimes, we feed them crumbs. My neighbours are kind and always ready to help each other. During festivals, everyone decorates their homes, and we all celebrate together. My neighbourhood is special because it feels like one big family. I love living here and feel lucky to have so many friends nearby!
