Describe a long car journey you went on- A LONG CAR JOURNEY
The journey is more beautiful than the destination. If you are a nature lover, a photographer, a wanderer like me; a long car journey is all you need to pause a busy stressful lifestyle. I prayed for last few months for this trip.
Finally, it happened last weekend; I was there in my car heading from my place Dehradun to Nainital. The distance is around 300 Km. and takes around 7 hrs (depends on the weather and traffic conditions). We preferred the route from NH72 to Haridwar, from NH 74 to Najibabad, then to Ramnagar. We didn’t have any hurry to reach the destination, so we take rest at Najibabad and had snacks with hot filter coffee.
After rest, we headed towards Ramnagar. You can also enjoy the wild at Jim Corbett National Park in Ramnagar. The voyage became super pleasant after Ramnagar. I wished that the road should be long and perfume of the woods touches my spirit for long.
I went there with a childhood friend of mine, who is not living in India now. She is a beautiful doctor, serving the people of the other Nation. I remember the days we were together. She always wanted to go on a long car journey with me. Another reason we have decided to go by car was I wanted to be with her alone. In the arms of nature, the soft cottoned clouds, the forest and the women by my side; my soul feels very relaxed. The same women, I wish will always be by my side. We spent the quality time while enjoying the trip.
