We, humans, are social animals. We follow the crowd and adopt the latest trends to keep up with the changing society. But, while adopting, most of the times, we tend to copy each other. This act of impersonation was since ancient period which also includes fashion, choice of clothes and consumer goods. This essay will enlighten you why most of the humans are impersonators.

Humans always have a feeling of superiority which leads them to buy expensive clothing and consumer goods. Most of us do it with an intention to make someone appears inferior in front of us. The aspiration makes us copy each other’s fashion creating the best imposters in the society. The multi-national companies take advantage of this senseless competition to sell their products. Companies bank on our personal feuds and make huge profits.

I think most of the people of this century has an urge to adopt a lifestyle which could bring them to bankruptcy. When I was in my engineering college, I bought a funky, cool looking zipper headphones featuring a microphone. Every one of my friends lauds it expect one of my friends who is a constant attention seeker. He unzipped his bag and took out an expensive Sony earphones of worth 5k rupees. He got everybody’s attention in the room and prove the point “Why we humans just don’t copy each other but also try to be better”.

The senseless act of impersonating each other will surely continue throughout the human history. It will only cease when we all learn to live a life without jealousy and inferiority. Instead of copying each other, every one of us must try to authentic.
