Sample Essay Animal Rights- Some people say it is OK to use animals for our benefit, others say it is not good to exploit them. Discuss both points of view and give your opinion.
From stone age, animals are used for human benefits like in experiment or for a source of food. Much life-saving Medicine’s experiments are done on animals to test its variability and reactions. Animals like rats or monkeys are used to experiment before testing on human beings. From time to time for improving the medical strength of world, scientists are performing various experiments where animals are used.
Also, animals are used as a source of food in almost every country. Sheep and chicken are used for their meat which is best for the cold region. Animals are also used for cultivating lands or transfer things from one part to another.
On other hand exploiting animals for personals need should be stopped as they also have same feelings like human beings. On being slaughtered, animals also cry with fear like the human does at the time of danger. Also, it is punishable act according to some countries law to kill wild animals for fun and entertainment in name of hunting, making luxury items of their skin and teeth and etc.
Practicing of such hunting’s where animals are killed for only happiness or showing up their great culture should be restricted. Many laws are also made where it is termed as a crime against animal rights.
For my opinion, animals should be exploited to that level where life cycle remains unaffected. For example, Cows and buffaloes provide milk from which many dairy products are prepared which has become daily needs or dogs who always tries to protect his owner from every danger. The existence of human beings co exists with animals so it’s right full duty to exploit to a certain level.
